What Pamplemousse is about

What are we about? Helping you translate who you are onto something your friends and family can see, smell, taste and appreciate.

Everything we use is simple, but the flavors are complex.

A Little History

Starting up in my less-than-100-square-feet small kitchen with my good friend, with friends' awesome support and being my guinea pigs.  I've been baking since I was about 12, my first batch of cookies were store bought cut-out sugar cookies, which I burnt to a crisp.   Don't worry, I've come a long way since then.  I backpacked all over Europe, testing, learning and observing all pastries Europeans have to offer and produced what you see here.

I'm the worst at self introduction so I'll leave it simple to save myself from embarrassment.
