What are we about ? Quality ingredients and great taste. Only the finest ingredients are used and the most intensive research, testing on all the recipes of these baked delicacies. If it isn't great, it goes in the trash.
A Little History
Starting up in my less-than-100-square-feet small kitchen with my good friend, with friends' awesome support and being my guinea pigs. I've been baking since I was about 12, my first batch of cookies were store bought cut-out sugar cookies, which I burnt to a crisp. Don't worry, I've come a long way since then. I backpacked all over Europe, testing, learning and observing all pastries Europeans have to offer and produced what you see here.
I'm the worst at self introduction so I'll leave it simple to save myself from embarrassment. My name is Teagan Tan. My partner in crime in Pamplemousse is Bridget Wang, one of my closest friends.
